Don't get conned, go elsewhere. Anywhere but here. Charging my Mother who is a pensioner extra money to remove old carpet and had the audacity to leave it dumped after removal in the front garden. Not professional at all. This was not mentioned in the total price agreed at the start. Funny that. I rang on behalf of Mum and was promised a call back "shortly". Would not recommend, don’t get me wrong the sales guys are great but their after sales service is shocking. First the store ordered my carpet and I had to wait a few weeks for fitting. No big deal. I got minimal communication before fitting. Had been told they would fit one of the larger bedrooms and stairs first. Perfect, comes to the fitting day, I took time off work, they showed up late in the afternoon with the wrong carpet. Then tried to make out it was my fault. Flooring guy came out to give me a quote for lifting floor tiles and levelling a floor so that I could get it ready for luxury vinyl laminate. Guy was well mannered but very unhelpful. His comments were that it was a big job and that I should choose linoleum. I said I wanted luxury vinyl laminate and he measured the room to be covered. He left telling me I would have the quote in the afternoon. After waiting a few days, I decided to call the shop.
