Absolutely first class service from Carpet Hotline Superstore, worthy of 5 stars plus. Lovely family team run the business and they go above and beyond to help at every stage from requesting a quote to fitting carpets/ flooring. My new oak flooring was beautifully fitted, and looks absolutely stunning, Fair price for an exceptional professional service. I cant recommend Carpet Hotline Superstore enough. Thank you too all the fantastic team who transformed my flat.

First class service from Carpet Hotline. Neal looked after us and gave us samples to take home so we could make the right decision. Neal came out and measured up the following day. It took us a week to get back to carpet hotline and at no point did Neal hassle us into buying a carpet. Once we had decided what we wanted Neal said he would like to pop back out and double check his measurements as it was an awkward carpet to fit ( 2 flights of stairs, landing and a bedroom). I was delighted with the fitting of a bedroom carpet and a stairs and landing carpet last year. The initial ordering experience was helpful and knowledgeable, and the fitters were hardworking and polite. The stairs’ carpet was a fairly complex pattern, and on stairs with a turn and small mezzanine I marvel at how the fitter has matched the run of the pattern. I would thoroughly recommend this company and am looking to use them again in the near future.
When visiting the store to look at carpets we spoke with Neal with regard to the type of carpet we would like, and where it would be fitted. He was extremely helpful and his expert knowledge on what he thought would suitable for what we wanted was beneficial in helping us choose.
