First class service from Carpet Hotline. Neal looked after us and gave us samples to take home so we could make the right decision. Neal came out and measured up the following day. It took us a week to get back to carpet hotline and at no point did Neal hassle us into buying a carpet. Once we had decided what we wanted Neal said he would like to pop back out and double check his measurements as it was an awkward carpet to fit ( 2 flights of stairs, landing and a bedroom).
