We are having the experience from Hell with you all. We are actually returning customers and our first experience was wonderful. We spent over 6k and now came back for a small tile job. It has taken over two weeks for a small less than 10x10 area to be tiled. First tile was dropped - had to be re-ordered. Fine. Then once installed we found the guy YOU hired and charged us extra for removed Too Much carpet. You sent another crew to stretch the carpet and fix the error and move the fridge back ..
