We went in today because we are remodeling our house and needed flooring. The time we were there no one acknowledged us there. There was one customer there besides us and about 3 employees just there. What a shame! We went elsewhere were we did get acknowledged and had great customer service.
I loved it because Renee Stephenson and Terry Yousef always takes care of carpet order when they say they will deliver!
I've used Carpet Giant several times and always a great experience. Best flooring store in Houston!
Didn't receive our Carpet on the day we were told...no one bothered to call us and tell us and my husband called several times. Staff seemed very unconcerned. Now we're off to shop again, somewhere competent this time.
I called Manny to make an appointment and he told me to send him a text message with my address and that he will call me back. I sent him a message with my address and my time preference for the appointment. He did not call me back. I sent him another text the next day. He responded "Tomorrow at 1:00" . I left my work the next day to drive home at 1:00. He did not show up and did not answer my call. It seems that Manny is very busy or he was not interested. I am busy too and I just wasted my time with this company.
Fan for life thanks to the excellent customer service I received following a discrepancy. Great family owned and operated business that does right by their clients. :)
