Excellent and professional service from James. Our carpets have had years of use, pets and coffee stains and are now looking so much better. Being a really light colour they are difficult to keep clean but we are really pleased with the results and are happy to know they have had a good deep clean.
Not the first time we have used James, and it won't be the last. Excellent service with brilliant results. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Carpet Genie.
James at Carpet Genie responded really fast with a reasonable price. It was simple to book him in and he turned up on time. Our carpets had all sorts of wonderful stains and he made it look as good as new. Exceeded expectations. We will use him again in the future.
