Excellent customer service when I went into this shop from Dimple . Really friendly and polite. Wanted some carpets for the house . Went to the major stores but really expensive. Found this shop that’s been trading since 1980s as a family run business . Same carpets and a much lower price and same quality. Paresh , the owner came out and measured up . The quality of the work is excellent – neat, precise, and finished to a high standard. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled!
Appalling customer service — avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could. Our experience with this flooring company was nothing short of diabolical. The fitting was delayed by a week with little explanation, and when the day finally came, the fitters arrived two hours late and we had to chase the owners instead of them having the basic decency to let us know themselves. Recently had my 2 bed flat fitted with vinyl flooring and payed £800 for 2 small rooms and a small living area which I didn’t find the most reasonable in pricing and now wish I had got quoted elsewhere as someone has said I could of got better quality for cheaper elsewhere. I do believe they try and charge more when they think a customer is inexperienced with prices for this service.
