Second time we have been let down by these people. Today supposed to fit a carpet first thing so 8.00 AM it's now 11.15 and we called them to see what's happening - apparently went off to do another bigger job first and will be with us between 12 and 2 .So for us a whole day wasted .
Wow,Wow,Wow I can't believe how my home has been transformed. George was fantastic in talking me through the options of types of flooring so I had good knowledge of what would work best for me. Ben fitted the floor over the 2 days and was extremely polite and did an amazing job, absolutely no complaints at all and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a highly professional and friendly service.
A great breadth of knowledge, super helpful and approachable team that dealt with tricky timelines and did an amazing job on the installation!
