We paid £680 for a carpet in store on the 4 June, at the time of purchase I was told they would phone me on the 6 June to agree a fitting date. We are still waiting. I have phoned and spoken to them 3 times, each time I have been told they are waiting for the supplier and they will phone me back. To date I have not been called back once. Review update - I've now had a call back and fitting date booked for 8 July.
Its been a few years but I had a great experience in getting my kitchen floor done. It was super fast and cheap. They also helped one of my family members when her child was going through a very tough medical issue. They seem like genuinely nice people and are passionate about making it affordable for people to have good quality carpets.
I'm changing my review I posted yesterday as there wasn't a positive and I feel there should be, the carpets are great quality and a really good price compared to others,only downside is the delivery which was lacking somewhat in the fact the delivery date kept changing,thankfully we were laying it ourselves otherwise would have been emptying the living room 3 times which was bad enough doing once, also paid for delivery to avoid the carpet being creased but the van was smaller than my car, I have purchased a few carpets and... read more
Very, very unhappy. We went in and chose a carpet, but shop owner never called us after carpet fitter measured the area, as he promised. When we called back, the carpet was out of stock. We returned and chose another carpet, and we're told it would be fitted on Thursday morning. No show. When I phoned in I was told it is next Thursday? There was no mention of this and my husband had moved all the furniture out of the porch ready. Now they aren't answering the phone and we don't know when we are getting our carpet laid. This company were excellent. We had been quoted £500 at tapi carpets but we got it here for £150 including fitting. Bedroom upstairs looks great now with new quality durable carpet. Independent and local is always the best way.
