Bad experience from their Newbury branch. We were assured that all works were to be completed before we paid. |However despite checking three times with them and assured that all works were inclusive. It was only after full payment we were advised that we would have to pay extra. Appalling way to run a business and treat customers.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Justin who measured on a Thursday and we had our bedrooms carpeted on Saturday, so greatful and absolutely fantastic job done by Richard. We then had laminate fitted a week later, through large hallway into dining room. We could not be more pleased with the work of Ryan, a really lovely chap who worked incredibly hard. Kept it tidy as he went and very friendly, would highly recommend this company, all round great experience. Thank you chaps 😊
