I am very happy with the service I have received from this company. Ciaran was very helpful, professional and efficient. I am so happy with the carpets they look great. He was very patient and helped me to pick the right carpet. I would highly recommend this company.
We absolutely love the new carpets. It feels like walking on clouds. Very impressed with the feel of them and how dilligent and professional Carpet Crown was. They fixed the floor boards beneath the carpets too in order to ensure their work is durable and they achieved the results we were expecting. Scheduling the work was prompt and also the job itself took a lot less hours than expected. Very impressed. Cannot recommend them enough. Best of luck moving forwards!

We had our kitchen and hallway replaced. Ciaran gave us two quotes, worst and best case scenario as we weren't sure what state the floor would be in underneath. Turned out to be more than worse case but Ciaran kept us updated with the cost. Josh who fitted the floor and his team were so helpful and patient throughout, despite it being a pretty awful job. We are so pleased with the end result and would absolutely recommend Carpet Crown. We chose Brampton Chase, 16" planks, herringbone style in Ivory White.
We had two sets of stairs and upstairs bedrooms carpeted. Ciaran went the extra mile to explain the process and options in detail so we could make the right choice. The team had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't be happier with the finish and feel of the carpet. Highly reccomended!
