Eric was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different flooring options, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process much easier. I really appreciated his friendly manner and expertise.
Multiple issues to the point I went elsewhere for my flooring. Rude head office lady who got aggressive with me due to a miscommunication with their poor English installer. The tone was so unnecessary. I wasn't trying to get them to do extra work. 50% of the time I went to store the correct person to talk to about flooring wasn't there and it was a wasted trip.
