Jim has tons of experience - not just a guy who decided to get into a franchise - he runs his business himself and wants to make sure the customer is ALWAYS happy :-) He does a brilliant job and even better if you make him a cuppa. Very happy Sandel Centre Manager now after a bit of a disaster in one of our rooms we hire out now that Jim has been and worked his magic!!
