Dealt with them for over 20 years now I always go back. Some floors I had done 20 years ago are still going strong.
Good communication’s and quick turnaround at first. We had karnden flooring installed in our brand new home (living room) and screeding also (as required for installation) Unfortunately it was very uneven and all our furniture rocks, attempted to call multiple times and achieved a site visit by the installer who agreed it was out of line but blamed it on the concrete works (screeding shouldn’t of taken place in that case) No further response from carpet collections regarding this and works invalidated warranty from the home ... read more
