Completely satisfied with upholstery cleaning and delighted with the stain removal that it involved. I’ll never try to do it myself again. Pricing was fair. Contact is most efficient by text.

Excellent repair by Rob on iron burn on carpet. Great job and can't even see the joins where burnt carpet has been swapped out. I was so impressed that I booked them to do carpet cleans throughout two flats. Giovanni was fabulous, despite being allergic to cats, he carried on. The carpets look really good and I wouldn't hesitate to use UK Carpet Care again. Both Rob and Giovanni were professional throughout and offered expert advice. Who knew there was more to cleaning a carpet than getting your Vax out.

Be wary of this company, our bill was paid on the day by card on the same day the carpet was cleaned back in March. Then in October they accused us of not paying the bill and said they had been chasing us for payment even though we had a signed receipt. The lady was very rude and sent no apology when we sent a picture of the receipt.
