Fantastic service! I tried to clean them myself but my machine was faulty plus a bit of user error left my carpets a sticky mess. One desperate phone call and the team really put themselves out for me and got my carpets back as new and the best bit was they were not judgemental to me for my failure. Top people, fast service. Thank you.
Two really nice and friendly chaps who knew what they were doing. Our light grey carpet hadn't been properly cleaned in 5 years and had been the surface of choice for our 4 dogs. Frankly, it looks like new and £100 for our through lounge I consider that a real bargain. In fact, we decided that at that price and for that level of quality we'll have it done annually. Thoroughly recommended.

Had initial response with a cost for the job quote, then sent an E Mail reply inviting Andy to look at The Premises and Carpets if necessary etc. Been over a week now with no further Contact.
