Specifically ask about the firmness of the quote. My aged mother was the one meeting them at her property. The gentlemen who showed up wanted to charge her more then the quote. She called me. The worker called the office and the problem was resolved but just the fact that they tried to charge more is frustrating.
Very knowledgeable on their product and it didn't take him too long to finish the job. Very polite and professional. Will totally call them again!
