they did a great job and i really appreciate it
Very quick to respond to my initial contact. Brought equipment & started drying, cleaning & mildew treatment on carpets in one bathroom, a bedroom & another bedroom’s closet within an 1-1/2 hour of initial contact via Home Advisor. Pricing very fair on job.
Service people were so nice and friendly Thanks Will use them again.
Unfortunately they were 2 1/2 hours late due a schedule mix up but the workers were polite and friendly and it appears to be a very good job. They also have a 30 day guarantee so if any stain reappears they will return at no charge. Hopefully that won't have but so far so good.
Gentlemen who came to clean the carpets were friendly and knowledgeable. Upfront with costs and additional work needed. Very satisfied with the work done.
