prompt, good service
July 2018 they cleaned my carpet in home, ok job. They took my expensive rug to their business in Baytown and never returned it. The owner always gave excuses about not returning it. I literally had to take this owner to court in October of 2019 and I am still waiting for things to get resolved! It is now Nov 2019... very disappointed owner of a very nice rug!
This company will clean my carpets on 9/9/19. Please ask me these questions after that date. Thanks
