This company is great. They were on time and very professional. They were able to schedule the work within a couple of days. They were even accommodating when we changed the scope of the project by adding additional rooms. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
This company did a great job, however they quoted a price for carpet cleaning and when I went to pay the cost was $200 higher. They stated after the carpet was cleaned they applied a protectant which, "they thought we'd want." This was never discussed up front. You need to be very clear with the service you want with this company or you may end up getting charged more than you agreed to.
Very Prompt response to initial inquiry. Arrived on time and explained the process and equipment. Very courteous. I will use their services for any future needs.
Quality work and did not try to sell me anything else. They were committed to doing professional work efficiently.
