My wife and I called in the Shirebrook branch to have a look round, and spoke to Shaun for advice, he was a very knowledgeable chap and very polite and pleasant, we purchased our carpet and within 10 days it was fitted and a great job well done.
Brilliant service at very short notice, Removal men were coming in as they.were working to cover whole bungalow, worked with them as a team. Thank you
Our second carpet purchased from this store. Shaun was friendly and there to advise but also left us to browse around, we never felt rushed, even when I couldn't make up my mind and was going from one to the other. Comfortable atmosphere and no pressure sales.
