Carpet is lovely (available elsewhere too). The space wasn’t measured correctly so it was too small. No apology was given and no reply was given to the email I sent a few days later when I hadn’t heard anything from them. Eventually we confirmed another day for the correct fitting, but I wasn’t given a time when asked. The fitters didn’t take their shoes off despite having to walk over new carpet. New paint was scratched on our wardrobes. 2 stars as the carpet is lovely but I won’t be revisiting.
Very pleased with Carpet 1st flooring. Fitters were excellent. Very efficient. Worked most of the day. Made a great job.very happy with their work
