John Austin tickles the ivories at this piano bar from Wednesday through Saturday, but the real attraction is the Carousel Bar & Lounge itself at Hotel Monteleone. It's a carousel and really does revolve - all the time. The music goes until late and the cocktails served are out of this world like the "Truffletini" which is a mix of Bailey's Irish Cream with liqueurs. The ambiance has a slight feel of a Moulin Rouge setting, with bold lighting and motifs.

This was our first time in New Orleans and we couldn't have picked a better Hotel. This place was outstanding great service, extremely clean, great spa, great rooftop pool/bar and the restaurant and the carousel bar were amazing. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

This is an old nice hotel in the French Quarter. My dad and I were here on a Friday night. The place was packed. Experience was good. Room are nice just very small and tight to move around in but beds were comfortable. Bathroom is small and the toilet you have to flush it 2-3 times for it to completely flush

The hotels location was great. Staff was friendly. The valet service seemed overpriced for the time we had to wait for our car to arrive.
Beautiful Hotel.. stayed several times.... 45 bucks to park your car for one night is a bit rediculous to me.... barely any hot water to shower ..... I had a total bill emailed to me from what I paid for them to find out a check out there was a bunch other fees they tacked onto my credit card....Almost $50 worth don’t really appreciate that. Even with all that said the staff is always great very helpful and very friendly rooms are always nice and clean and comfy..And the location is great that is one thing I like about it
