Dr Carolyn Young is the best. She is educated, highly informed and easy to speak with. She is also a woman of faith which impacted my decision to remain with her. She has a gentle approach and will go the extra mile to ensure her patients are taken care of.

I saw Kathleen Skillin, PA-C, M.M.S who is warm, friendly and it’s truly excellent at what she does. She asks all her patients to call her Kate end it does help to talk to her. I had personal question about my private areas and body now that I am in menopause. She was so wonderful and answered all my questions, was thorough with her exam gave me great advice. I have been a patient of Dr. Young for about 10 years. Unfortunately, I will have to change practices, as she no longer sees patients unless surgery-related (since 2022). I have loved Dr. Young for her bedside manners and excellent guidance, and while I am OK with seeing other doctors/PNs in the practice for routine annual visits, I would have loved to continue seeing her as my primary Gyn Dr. for other "non-surgical" reasons that are important to me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And here is why: I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told to register online and call back. I did as I was told, and spent half of my day, trying to call back. Their lines are always busy. I waited and waited, and then was disconnected. I do not understand the whole set up and the lack of interest from the staff to obtain new patients. Not sure if the management knows, but I will find another practice. This is not ok and not acceptable or normal.
