I have been a patient of Dr. Young for about 10 years. Unfortunately, I will have to change practices, as she no longer sees patients unless surgery-related (since 2022). I have loved Dr. Young for her bedside manners and excellent guidance, and while I am OK with seeing other doctors/PNs in the practice for routine annual visits, I would have loved to continue seeing her as my primary Gyn Dr. for other "non-surgical" reasons that are important to me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And here is why: I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told to register online and call back. I did as I was told, and spent half of my day, trying to call back. Their lines are always busy. I waited and waited, and then was disconnected. I do not understand the whole set up and the lack of interest from the staff to obtain new patients. Not sure if the management knows, but I will find another practice. This is not ok and not acceptable or normal.

I call today to schedule an appointment as a new patient. One of the women at the front desk was very rude. When she asked the reason for my visit, I tried to speak, but instead of listening, she spoke over me not hearing a word I said. Then what ultimately upset me, she asked if my insurance carrier was through my employer I said no, then she asked if I bought it, I said yes, I paid the premium. I was a little taken back by the question and asked if it mattered. She said yes it matters if its Medicaid because they don't acc... read more

Dr. Young is one of the the Best Doctors on earth. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, professionalism ,a great listener, and very detailed orientated, she just saved my life couple days ago and I will recommend her to anyone that I know. Keep up the good work and I am praying and will continuing to pray that you have the strength and courage to keep saving lives and doing what you do Best. You are just a true HERO AND CHAMPION.
