Carolyn is a really sweet, gentle person who made me feel completely at ease. Her hypnotherapy recording helps me (and my boyfriend!) get to sleep every single night. I really enjoyed our sessions together and they were very relaxing. It was nice to check in each week and see how things were progressing. I've recently had hypnotherapy to help with driving anxiety. After just a few sessions I can honestly say the results have been astonishing.
