I can honestly say my current tenancy through Caroline Walker has been an outstanding experience all round, many thanks to all the staff and in particular Katie. She has been super professional and prompt. The speed with which my shower was replaced was 1.5 hours from my call to the plumber leaving after having done a great job! I had a terrible experience with these people. The lost the keys to my property then insisted they charge me for the lock smith. Also the tenant had been smoking in the property and they just said he claimed he had not. Bad to deal with and rude.
It was a very unpleasant experience. We met an agent lady this Monday to show us a house for rent. Very sour and rude person. She saw us with a toddler girl 3 years old and started to roll her eyes on the head as from the beginning she told us that we will not be accepted with the child on the property because it is just one bedroom property and she asked us where we will put our child to sleep (she is sleeping with us from the birth).... I ve lived in a property managed by CWPL for 3 years and I have no complains. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and pleasantly. I'm particularly grateful for our property manager Sylwia, who was always very kind and professional during her inspection visits.
The best letting agency in Aberdeen! Been a student in Aberdeen for 5 years and been with 5 different agencies. Caroline Walker letting agency is levels above any other in Aberdeen from my experience. Katie Hutchison was our property manager and any issues was dealt with in a very timely manner. I’d prioritise having a good letting agent as a bad one can lead to very bad living experiences(roof collapsing due to ignoring tenants requests…this happened to me with another agency) so couldnt recommend these guys enough.
