As a whole Carolina west wireless gives good service. There are still areas in Wilkes county where there is no service and there is no alternative service available to residents. Their service is expensive.
Very, very, rude staff. Billing practices are ridiculous and just to be frank, the overall service is terrible

BARK MOBILE SUCKS. THEY WILL NOT AND REFUSE TO REFUND CONSUMERS HARD EARNED MONEY, AND THEY'RE SNIDE ATTITUDE FROM THEIR "CORPORATE" OFFICE, I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS I WANT MY 60 DOLLARS BACK. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AS SUCH. BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. WHO HAS BETTER RATES AND ARE ALOT MORE CUSTOMER ORIENTED. YOU ARE ALL A D*** MONOPOLY.
We have had other phone service and internet service and we like and enjoy our phone and internet service thru Carolina West the best.
Been a Bart mobile customer for 6 years they changed my plan without my consent and will not change it back. Do not recommend doing business with this company.
