I have been a Carolina West customer for as long as I can remember I never had any problems with Carolina West service or their products
Carolina West Wireless has excellent products and customer service by knowledgeable, courteous personnel.
I've had Carolina West/Bark mobile for close to 9 years now, and the service has always been very good. There are a few areas out of the High Country where my phone doesn't work, but overall I'm very pleased with my service.
I haven't had a 'dropped call' in .... forever. It just doesn't happen any more. I have coverage about everywhere I go. I'm very happy with my service.
The best, very seldom have a dropped call. I have used other providers but always come back to CWW.
Carolina West made switching over so incredibly easy for me. I could not recommend highly enough. Great Customer Service!
Have had Carolina West Wireless for almost 20 years now and I wouldn't change for anything. I have friends and relatives who are constantly complaining about their Big provider companies and I laugh. I tell them that I have never had anything to complain about with Carolina West and I am being totally honest. If you live in western North Carolina you need to drop the expensive so called major carriers and switch to Carolina West, I did so almost 20 years ago and I am so glad that I did.
I have not had a single problem with this company in over 10 years. One fade going through trees, that’s it. Highly recommend.
