I’ve been with Carolina West for 6 or more years now. I’m very happy with their service. I live on the state line and have to admit I have coverage when a lot of friends and family do not with other carriers. For the most part I’d say they’re the best cellular provider I’ve ever been with regarding coverage and price, plus I love the local customer service.

I am a 2 plus year customer, I have a voice & text flip phone with minimal data needs & now I got a camera too! I have not had any issues with CWW or my phone & get a signal where others don't.
I can only give one star. If it were up to me I would give them none! Be forewarned! They will go through your contacts without permission and through your saved information to contact people on your lists, also they will discuss your account with these people. Friends, family, coworkers. Anyone you call or text a lot will possibly be contacted. Also they will terminate your service and prevent you from porting your number to another carrier if you attempt to leave them. We just had to get new numbers and we are dealing with... read more
I had been a customer for several years, added my teenage grandson to my plan his phone broke and we asked to be able to upgrade his phone and were told that we would have to wait until our contract was up or pay the early termination fee. He still had 6 months on his contract, why would I want to pay for a phone that can't be used? they also stated that my mifi was over on data, that unit has not been used in over 6 months, in fact it was missing.
