This company has the best customer service and support I have ever seen. The major carriers could learn a ton by working with the employees of Carolina West Wireless for a day on how to treat customers. The signal is fantastic too. You can have the newest and best devices but if the coverage is horrible or the customer service is bad the device is worthless. Keep up the great work!!!

I've been a customer forever it seems. CWW, is loyal to me and I'd say to all its customers who do their best paying the bill on time and/or notifying CWW when financial issues arise-they're willing to help. I'd recommend CWW to anyone.
I have used Carolina West since cell phones became popular. Traveled 48 states. In the early days, there were not towers in some areas. Now, I am confident with service anywhere in the states.
