Smart Choice Realty is definitely worth your business. Samara (the owner and sellers agent) was very good at explaining the process. She gave me great suggestions for staging my home and when the time came, took amazing pictures. I had great traffic to the house and it SOLD IN 7 DAYS!!! Top-notch company. Smart Choice delivered everything a full-priced realtor delivers, but they delivered it better. Their sign was huge and attracted a LOT of drive-by attention. We were initially concerned that other realtors would shun showing our home because it wasn't listed with a standard 5%-6% fee company. NOT SO!
