I love bringing my car(s) to Carolina Auto Spa (CAS)! The crewmembers are always friendly and the service menu is easy-to-do-business-with! I know I got a good deal as soon as I hit the wash area. I love to bring my dogs, the inside and outside waiting areas are pet friendly. There is NO MUSS NO FUSS for ME while the crew is busy making my car, and my life, cleaner and more beautiful. Don't let what happened to me happen to you?? I trusted this business with my new vehicle and they WRECKED it moving in the wipe down bay. Nov 7 2014. Even the lady checking me in verified that there was no damage to my vehicle but the employee that moved it denied it. (Afraid to lose his job I'm sure. ) I've called and emailed the owner Karl Murphy multiple times. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I paid $59 for a detail that included wax. The employees couldn't have done a worse job if they tried. Not only did they do a half-a$$ job on the detail - console was still dusty, the windshield hadn't been cleaned, they didn't replace the floor mats properly but tossed them in - but they scratched and chipped my rear bumper as they carelessly and lazily ran the orbital waxer over the car. I had important clients coming into town today and needed to get my car detailed before they arrived. These guys got me in at the last minute at the end of the day and stayed late to get the job done. My vehicle came out cleaner then I've ever seen it. I've cleaned the interior by hand myself several times and have never been able to remove some of the spots and stains on the steering wheel carper and door panels the way they did. Great wash and service – Discovered via a social deal and had a great experience - fast wash, with personal experience. Had tried other washes and found the auto spa did the best job, fastest and with great service. Highly recommended.

Just gone bad – What used to be the best became worst. Just to get pollens off we went through $5 quick wash and soap spots made the car worse spotting the whole car. We had to go through another place to get the spots out...just bad!
Decent basic wash, but upgrades aren't worth the extra $$$ – The basic $5 wash is decent, it gets the dirt, salt, and whatever else off, and gets your wheels mostly clean. The first time I went to CAS, I bought the $10 which adds the "towel dry" and special attention to wheels. The attendants spent an extra minute (if that) drying off my car, then wiped the inside of my rims off and added a thin layer of armor all to my tires. Not worth the $ – Currently I live where I cannot wash my car myself, so I decided on my lunch break to try this place which is near my work - given that I would be spending about $8 to wash and vacuum it myself somewhere else. I got the $16 supposedly total car wash, just to try it out. I'm glad I didn't spend more money, and I won't be going back. The dash was supposed to be dusted- it was 100% untouched.
