I first went see him because of severe back pain. Within minutes he diagnosed it as my hip. He performed a steroid and pain medicine injection and my was magically gone and lasted 3 months. I have seen him several times now for the injection and can't praise his expertise and beside manner enough. His staff are all knowledgable, friendly and haplful.
Amazing doctor and staff team. When I thought I would just live with pain the rest of my life they finally found relief for me and I am so thankful for this team.
Dr. Carnell seems competent, however that cannot be said for his staff and office. The office staff was very rude when rescheduling as THEY REQUIRE for having the flu. Then on the day of the appointment, PROCESSING does not begin until your appointment time. Wasted time arriving early to complete paperwork. After your appointment time, THEN you can pay your copays and sign papers. After that, sit back down and wait at least an hour to be called back. But you're not having your procedure yet. Dr Carnel and staff are always compassionate with me. I’ve never felt like that there is any judgement passed and he always takes adequate time time with me and listens to my concerns. He always compassionately listens and allows me to tell my pain scale rather than judging himself as I’ve had done with other providers. I recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain. I could not go without the epidural blocks he provides. Love Dr Carnel!
From the moment I make appointment to check in testing visiting with a doctor and also becoming involved in a care plan nothing but the highest level of standard, and the best care that I could’ve possibly gotten his staff is absolutely wonderful 10 out of 10 wonderful recommend

Dr. Carnel was very caring and helpful. He listened to my concerns and made me comfortable. He was attentive and made decisions not only based on his experience but my symptoms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Scheduling process was good. On-site process was efficient. Dr Carnel listened to issues and questions and provided excellent care. Totally pleased with him and his staff.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Carnel for about 2 years now, since my Orthopedic doctor retired. He has a great bedside manner and works hard to find your issues to make your future free of pain.
