My experience with Dr. Carnel was extremely disappointing. He did not review my MRI results with me, and he didn’t go over the X-rays he took in the office either. I left the appointment with zero answers about the pain, numbness, and tingling in my lower back legs and hips.Instead of explaining anything or trying to figure out what’s actually causing my symptoms, he immediately pushed injections. Dr. Carnel was very straightforward and didn’t waste any time explaining the situation, how I got to this point and the options that may be possible when a thorough review of the MRI is completed.He struck me as a very knowledgeable Doctor who has confidence in accessing some rather complex issues and that totally makes me feel a lot better of what I am up against.
With a head full of knowledge and a professional manner, Dr. Carnel was exactly what I hoped for. While waiting times weren’t great, it was obvious that it was due to a quantity of patients not a lack of initiative from the staff. The staff were very kind, from the front desk, to the PA, all the way through to the discharge clerk. I would recommend this office experience to anyone!

He was very straightforward and gave me several options. He was pleasant and listened to and answered my questions clearly.

I would highly recommend Dr Carnel to anyone family's friends or even a complete stranger I have had blocks put in my neck many times over the years but no one has ever taken the time with me that Dr Cornell does him and his staff are way above a five-star rating.

Plan on staying all day. They make the front look real nice, but the deeper you go in the building, the quality of everything goes down. They call multiple patients at one time; but don’t think after your lengthy wait time that you are going to a room. They just take you to another over crowded waiting room. After waiting some more, you’ll get called once again. For me, that was to go to an actual exam room. But who knows, at the Willy Wonka Doctor, you may go down another path.
