He has the best bedside manner and listens to you! I’ve had to faucet blocks now and each time I’ve been almost completely pain free!
He looked at the X-rays and was totally honest about what he recommended. I appreciate that.
Dr Carnel spent the time to address my problem area and showed me the best way to attack the problem with detailed care plan!!
Super nice guy! Excellent bedside manor. Hard to not give him 5 stars even after he gave me a MASSIVE shot in the neck. I only go to Andrews when I need care. The staff was all wonderful and the speed is like the chic filet drive through. Amazing system!!!!
Dr. Carnel was very concerned an listens to my problems an getting me the help i needed.
Was very friendly & easy to talk with. Things went pretty fast , but wasn't rushed,gave me a couple options but left me the choice. He did recommend one for best results. Was like visiting a friend.
He did a block in my neck. Told me to let him know how it went. Have left 4 messages over several days. No return call backs. So far he is a huge waste of my time. I would not recommend him to see your dog. He is in it for the money not the patient care or needs.
I have had lumbar spine disease for many years. After new symptoms of numbness, my doctor ordered a MRI. There was a new finding of a perineural cyst. I was referred to Dr. Kim at Andrew’s for a surgical consult. I was, however, given an appointment with Dr. Carnel. It was an hour drive for me. Long story short he offered an epidural, not what I needed, and explained he was the gatekeeper for the surgeons because 90% of people referred didn’t need a surgeon.
