Brats and kielbasa can't be beat. But, call ahead to be sure, and reserve some if they're temporarily out.
Carne has the goods. Great quality meat and seafood. I love all Carne's pork products--bacon, sausage and the like. Once in a while I'll treat myself to a ribeye and recently had the Jeremy Brown kasu black cod. Outstanding! You can tell Carne only does quality and I always appreciate a purveyor who only does quality.
Last Friday I purchased the best ribeye steaks I have ever had and I grew up on a farm so I know what really good beef tastes like! Thanks for a wonderful meal.
Have had ribs, burgers and more from these guys! Seriously good stuff and Shawn is an awesome guy! Will be going to get our meat from Carne instead of anywhere else!! YOU SHOULD TOO!!
What a Bellingham treasure! Everything they sell is top quality. Great service. Prices are competitive too. New location on Broadway has good parking too.
