I picked up two ribeye steaks from Carne this afternoon and I honestly have to say the quality of the steaks is leaps and bounds above anything you'll find at the grocery store. You've earned my business
Went in to check it out, as I had been complaining of bellingham not having a proper butcher for years. I impulse bought a rib eye and let it age a little longer in my fridge as I was too lazy to cook it from working late. Finally did tonight. Medium rare with nice char. I do not know why you would need to buy meat anywhere else. I have eaten $100 steak and this was easier on par. Great job! Service was superb as well.
