Used Carmen’s Cleaning & Maintenance Services for an end of tenancy deep cleaning. The clean was excellent, got my full deposit back and a thank you from my landlord. Management were very professional and attentive.
I have used Carmen's twice to do an end-of-tenancy clean in Bristol (one a flat and the other a 2-bed terraced house) and both times they have done a great job; I received my full deposit back from the landlord zero questions asked. They are polite and communicative and the price is good value for the quality you get.

Refused to give a price in advance and refused to come view the property for the cleaning until 2 days before it had to be vacated which then left us no time to find an alternative, charged us an extortionate amount to clean a 1 bed flat in good condition. I repeatedly asked for at least a ballpark of estimate and the owner completely ignored my requests. Avoid
Excellent cleaning service! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future. They came to provide a quote for end of tenancy cleaning which was competitively priced, communication was great throughout, cleaning was incredibly thorough.
