If I could give zero star, i would! I do NOT recommend you deal with Carmax Henderson, while they appear to be nice and friendly, just like any enterprise, they are looking to sell regardless of customer satisfaction. I repeat, regardless of customer satisfaction. This was the "loop-hole" excuse I received from the sales-rep i was dealing with... Had a great experience, took some time to get me into something I liked, and could afford TaNiesha Scruggs was awesome got me into a car I liked and could afford.
I had a very negative experience at CarMax. The car I wanted to buy was on Easter Sunday so CarMax was Closed for the Holiday. Totally Cool with that. The car said that it took "No Reservations" online. So I showed up right when CarMax opened up at 10:00 am the next day and magically the vehicle had been reserved for 10:30 am. Not cool! They had me wait an hour and a half to see if the person showed up who reserved it. No show. The people in the service department are amazing Chris goes so far beyond to make sure that our needs are met I strongly recommend Carmax
Loved my experience! Sold my Nissan under 1 hour. I got a great price and wonderful service. Norm checked on my cars progress and made sure I was informed. They even brought over tea options when I asked! Great and amazing service!
