Appraised my truck 5 Grand more than Autonation Did!
The salesman and staff were wonderful, accommodating, did not rush me and was a wonderful asset to Car Max. I recommend highly.
Apparently CARMAX and its service department finds it acceptable to leave a family with 6 children without AC is this sweltering heat. I did my part paid my deductible and was very clear on the problem with my car currently under warranty. However the 1st time I took it back after it was serviced they claimed "not blowing cool air" was a separate issue from "not blowing cool air" hmmm and they were "helping me out" by paying my deductible a second time. Me and my wife went up to carmax on yest to look at purchasing a new car ( at the Henderson location ) and was treated with top noch service by ABBEY and DEVONE. They assisted us in finding the right vehicle that will meet our finances... I defiantly get CARMAX a "10" all across the board for having to goood employes on there team!!!!!!

I am very pleased with CarMax Henderson! They purchased our Toyota pickup at almost Kelly Blue Book asking price (Fabulous) and my husband just surprised me with a 2015 Dodge Durango! If I'm going to buy a car, I'm heading to CarMax Henderson. It's an easy process, especially if I research the available cars online ahead of time. Using the filters I an narrow my search to my price range and other details. Great people...
