Outstanding service department. Friendly people, good work on car. Window tinting done here, excellent job, steering wheel and ignition switch repair also done in timely manor. Very happy to date.
I bought a Chevy Cruz from here like last year since I had it I been have problems with it since I got it.i took it back to switch to a different car and the was going to fuck me over again. Worst car place ever .

Sales agents don't know what they are talking about. Service department lies constantly, has no follow up and doesn't know how to get anything done correctly. General manager lied to me concerning the stereo adapter cable that they ordered after replacing the stereo 3 times after the service manager told me and him the stereo would be apple carplay active once the cable was installed. I have been a customer of CarMax for about 5 years. I have always been satisfied with their product and their service, until yesterday. I have a 2009 P T Cruiser with very low mileage. A problem that has developed over the last several months has caused me major concerns. While driving without any warning all the cluster lights come and on occasion the car will lose power. Horrible experience!! I didn't get to see the car In person that I was interested in that I had seen online. The salesman ran my credit first and once I wasn't interested in the monthly payments he wasn't even interested to pursuade me into getting the car or negotiating a lower price. Worse experience I ever had at a dealership before.
Ask for Jim Perrotto and he will take care of you. 2 hours to buy my car, I was very happy!
Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. I don’t actually fault the salesperson I was working with. I do fault his sales manager and a CarMax in South Carolina for not being honest about the condition of a car I paid to have shipped in. I saw a 2011 Town Car with only 29k miles online and talked with Walter at the Henderson CarMax about having it shipped in.
