Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with! Incompetent service department. I will never buy a car from CarMax again or recommend to anyone. Filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! If I could give zero stars, I would.
No problem in buying the car... but the employee in their in the vehicle repair service very unprofessional been calling pretty much the whole day trying to get my car for service left messages no call back the lady and guy who did answer my call very rude and didn't not know anything about my warranty I bought a warranty with the car never used it because of this lack of customer service...... oh but they go above and beyond to sell you the car.. NEVER AGAIN. ....... I DONT EVEN WANT TO PUT A STAR ZEROOOOOO
