I cannot express the ease and comfort I experienced when buying from car max. I will NEVER buy from any dealership again. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dolan Toyota and I was buying out my lease (how does that happen?)! Troy at Reno Carmax my experience fun, easy and memorable. I know have my dream car and am a happy customer. I will return when it's time, as well as send many ppl their way!
I went to another dealership first, and they spent 4 hours trying to get me into a car I didn't want and really couldn't afford: "You'll save the extra payment amount in gas!", they said. Their financing options were terrible, and they "couldn't find the keys" to a few of the cheaper cars I wanted to test drive. And this is from a national dealer with whom I have a long relationship. Overall a pretty good experience. A bit too long on the actual taking possession. But a fair price on our trade in.

Nice people, nice vehicles, but a complete waste of time for us! They wanted $3k+ over the suggested retail price for the vehicle we wanted to purchase, and they offered to purchase our trade in for $3k below the trade-in value. We went elsewhere and received the appropriate trade-in and purchased a vehicle for the suggested retail price. We would have loved to buy the SUV they had, but my family sure cannot afford to toss an extra 6 grand at a vehicle! Very dissappointing!
