We had a great experience buying from Carmax Reno. Low mileage Expedition for reasonable price. Reasonable trade in and all very quick and easy. Had some things that seemed wrong and Carmax is fixing them with no wrangling or haggling.
Jeff is amazing at Reno CarMax!!! He’s sooo patient and explains every bit of the financing process and different options you could have (something a lot of people do NOT do to us women). For once I didn’t feel the pressure of Having to buy something before I left. I deff recommend going here everyone is so friendly !

The whole experience of buying a car was extremely painless and I have never been so happy!!! I went from just browsing last night to a proud owner in less than 24 hours!!! The purchasing part was extremely wonderful. I left there feeling confident and satisfied with what I was driving away in. I gave them a four star because there was one hiccup with service and the 30day warranty. I had to escalate my issue in order to get a resolution. However ultimately they made it right and apologized… Overall I would recommend purchasing from CarMax. In the car sales world most places don’t even offer corrections after it’s sold.
