All my dealing with CarMax have been very good. I bought my car, no problems with the purchase/paper work, etc. I had a problem with setting up blue tooth for my iPhone, called for an appointment, received one. I showed up at my appointed time and wishing 10 minutes he had my blue tooth for the iPhone working. Each employee I encountered was polite, answered my questions and made me feel they were there to serve me. Thank you CarMax. I am very pleased with my Ford Escape Titanium. Thank you CarMax.
We went looking and learned some things like,,you must sign up on their waiting list (said like a true butt) because they are really busy and if I was not on the list now it wpuld be a very long wait.. lol well i just left there are wayy too many places to buy to put up with that.
The service shop always treats me so good. They are their to help you, not just take your money and send you on your way. For sure when it comes to buying another vehicle I'll come back to carmax Reno just because of the service department! Keep up the good work fellas.
Really wish I could give no star because I was in 2 weeks ago from April 11 and I was about to give my down payment and sign the papers after I got approved for a loan but then the sales manager came up to me and said that everything is fine, your paychecks are fine but your work was because I needed to be working for 90 days so they wrote down the date to come back which was April 11.
