So my g/f and I decided to check out the local CarMax for the very first time. We walk into the YUUUUGE showroom, and see a few sales associates. Laura at CarMax was awesome. Their process is a little different from all the other dealerships, but you're still buying a car! We walked in with all the same questions and concerns. Laura was not afraid to say "I'm not sure, let me find out for you!" And she did. Consistently. We ended up buying a car that is awesome, and that we are confident will meet our needs thank you!
Great car buying experience the price our car was appraised at was more then we were offered elsewhere, the car we purchased was a very fair price and it was a fast and easy transaction, would recommend CARMAX to anyone
CarMax is so dishonest and shady!!! They should be ashamed, stay away unless you wanna play way more.
No matter what I know I will always have the best experience at CarMax! Not to be biased, but working for this company now for two years has done that to me. For my store they all know how long I have tried to get out of my 2013 Chevy Sonic since I have started. It was great while I had it this last two years, but as I have lived up here in Reno, NV I had some scary situations I was in with my Sonic.
