7/4/20- down to 1 Star from 2 so we decided to take Interior apart bc after 1 year of driving this Van we found out the source of the smell, ROACH CRAP/MIERDA/POOP EVERYWHERE. Our 7/4 wasted cleaning every single part my fingers hurt. We could not believe how bad, disgusting this car was beneath these carpets and seats. Horrible horrible horrible. CarMax at Town Center in Kennesaw is making people put full coverage on vehicles in order to test drive!!!! I question and argued with my agent Mike Williams for 10 minutes because I know something was wrong. Even when I had the insurance binder emailed to me, he still did not allow me to drive the vehicle because he wanted the lien information on the paperwork.
