He was patients as we reviewed my options including whether to buy a new car 2. He was interested in my needs so we test drove three luxury cars 3. Don't bother junk cars and trucks all auction bought and their quality checklist is a joke, truck I looked at had bald tires but was told they were up to carmax guidelines what a joke. Complete wast of my time.
Carmax low balled me on my appriasal. My vehicle appraised on Edmunds, NAPA, and Kelly Blue book well above what Carmax appraised my car. I am referring to the value of a trade in not retail. I even was offered more at a regular dealership.. lol what a joke they were wanting to rip me off. Before you sell or even buy check other places first.
