Awful customer service, awful all the way around. Bought the truck in February and already have to replace the engine. Told mechanics about a ticking sound coming from the gas pedal and engine within their time line, of a week after buying the car, to get fixed and the mechanics at Carmax couldn't figure it out. So with the problem left unsolved, 9 months later a rod busted causing damage to the engine. And the only solution is to replace the whole engine which is a very costly repair... Not sure where they're getting there parts (or their jerky ass service manager) but I'm pretty sure it's nothing but Mexican rebuilt crap -of course, you're charged way more than that..

Found a car i liked and applied for their financing. Unfortunately they had the option to use "carmax" financing, which happen to be much higher interest rates then other options they said they utilized. They wanted 13.75% with a 700+ credit and they wouldnt do 72 months. I found a similar car at a much better dealership. One year newer 1/5th the miles of the car at carmax. 12300 miles vrs 61000 miles. The cars were the exact same price with the same extended warranty but for some reason carmax was 200 more per month.
