We bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta from Car-Max Nov 2015 with 20 thousand miles on it. 3 months later FEB 2016 transmission started shuddering. Replaced no charge recall. exactly one year later FEB 2017 cars shuts down completely, towed to dealer , this time it's the TCM. Fixed no charge extended warranty. 1 week later car shuts down completely again , can't shift into neutral anything.
