They sold me a 2014 Altima with extensive salt damage and rust without disclosing the information in the sale. They have done nothing to help me in exchanging or returning the vehicle and said the extensive rust and corrosion meets their standards.
Traded in my Pontiac G6 (got a great offer considering how old and the condition it was in) and got the Kia Sorento that I wanted. Greg was great to work with!!! He even sent me a personal text congratulating me after we left the lot. I highly recommend Carmax!!!���
Total rip off. Way over priced don't waste your time going there. Your time spent shopping for a auto somewhere different is highly advised!
